I have been working with Photoshop CS3 for quite sometime and I love it, other than it is a monster of a program and takes up a lot of space. I tried Corel’s Paint Shop Pro x2 and I didn’t fins it so user friendly and it freezes up a lot. Also, it would put elements of my Graphics outside the window and I could move them ar get to them at all. I barely learned the basics. Is it worth it? I just want to stick with Photoshop for now. I am overwhelmed at the amount of things PS CS3 can do!! IT’s unbelievable!! They even added the little basic video editor thing to the extended version. The slicing feature is nice too. I wish I had a Mac Pro but I am working on a really nice Dell for now. I have been earning about fonts in Photoshop and creating text Graphics. Here are some handy websites that have Tutorials and Info, mostly for free:

Free Fonts:www.dafont.com

Look up “MoonStar” font and download it using the instructions on the site. Then try it out using drop shadow, inner glow, outter glow, bevel and emboss in the styles dialog box by double clicking on the Layer Twice. Make sure to make your background layer separate. You can view one I did in my little Gallery below.

Lynda.com AN Online Tutorial Website, You have to subscribe but it is worth it.

Here’s a link to my Photoshop Web Gallery, Just Click on one of the Images:
